Minimum qualification Electrical ITI (Industrial technical institute) or equivalent UAE experience minimum 1 year
Understanding of the PPM
Reactive maintenance
LV experience up to LV panel
ATS
Generator and all control panels and lighting and power systems.
Experience in high pressure
PPR
HDPE
UPVC pipe is must
Understanding of water supply system
Expertise in fault identification
Grouting silicon
knowledge of materials requisition and important spares and consumables required.
Understanding of Civil fabric maintenance. All types of door alignment
Rollers
shutters experience
Kitchen cabinets
Basic knowledge of Civil HVAC
Plumbing and Electrical works.
Minimum experience of 5 years in rectification and painting works.
Epoxy painting
road markings
Water based, oil based and all type of gypsum works.
Minimum 5 years of experiences in installation and rectification of tile
Marble, interlocks, pavements.
Minimum 2 years’ Police, Military or Security experience
Age 21-40
Attested high school education
Minimum height: male 160cm, female 150cm
Previous DPS/PSBD training an advantage
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the hotel industry
Age Over 21
Previous cleaning experience an advantage
Age 21 to 40
Previous manual handling experience an advantage
Age 21-40
